Release 1 & 2 are SOLD OUT. A total of 11 townhouses were sold - 7 are occupied and 4 are under construction and due for completion in December 2008.

The Terraces @ Culture Walk is a new $7 million residential terrace development, completing the third and final stage of the Environmental Award Winning Aldinga Arts EcoVillage.
